Yes. Informing the centre as early as possible makes it easier to advise on a suitable make-up, online or recording arrangement where available.

Students should have a stable internet connection, a suitable device with web camera, writing materials and the lesson materials required for class. Lesson material will be either mailed in hardcopy, and sent via softcopy to the students. A quiet environment makes it easier to participate and ask questions.

No. Regular retrieval and practice throughout the term makes examination revision more manageable. Near examinations, students can then focus more heavily on mixed-topic practice, timed papers and recurring weaknesses.

Help the student maintain a workable routine, attend consistently and complete meaningful practice. Ask what they are learning and where they are stuck rather than focusing only on marks after each assessment.

There will be no tuition classes on major Public Holidays such as the New Year's Day, Christmas' Day, Chinese New Year and the National Day. Lessons will carry on as per normal on other Public Holidays, unless otherwise stated or informed.

In the unfortunate event that the tutor is unwell or unavailable, the lesson will be cancelled. Make up lesson will be arranged at the other available timings in the same week. Otherwise a lesson recording for the week will be provided to the students. Fees will not be carried forward for offsetting in the next payment cycle, unless lesson recordings are not available.

It is helpful to provide the student's level, subject, school or programme where relevant, preferred branch, preferred timing and whether on-site or online lessons are preferred.

Yes. Students may enrol in multiple available subjects if the class timings are suitable. We also have promotions for taking up bundle packages. Use the class schedule to compare timings across programmes and locations. We have also tried to schedule back to back programme to make it convenient for our students to take up back to back classes.

Online tuition can work well for students who can stay attentive and participate independently. Students who benefit from closer in-person supervision may prefer an on-site class where available.

Use recordings to catch up on a missed lesson or revisit a specific difficult explanation. Pause to attempt questions before watching the solution rather than treating the recording as passive viewing.

Students may attend make-up lesson (physical or online) on the other days of the same week (where applicable) if they are unavailable for their registered Physics, Chemistry and Math tuition class. Alternatively, they can opt for the lesson recording to catch up on the missed content. There is no refund or pro-rating of the fees. 

For withdrawal, 4 weeks notice must be provided in advance. Students may also withdraw after their term fee has been utilised.

Tuition fees will be collected once every two months. It will be prorated according to the number of lessons and collected in advance.

Registration fee is a one-time $50 for new sign-up. No additional security deposit or material fee is required. All fees are subject to GST.
